2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit our website, information is automatically collected by the hosting provider. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address, and similar data.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the trouble-free operation of the website). The data is evaluated exclusively to ensure smooth operation of the site and is deleted after 30 days at the latest. It cannot be attributed to a specific person.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel may process personal data (in particular IP addresses) in doing so. 4. Lead capture and data processing (Supabase)

To capture and manage prospect inquiries we use Supabase Inc. (USA). Supabase provides us with database infrastructure through which we process your contact details and inquiry information.

Legal basis: Data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Retention period: Your data is stored for as long as necessary to process your inquiry or until you object to further storage.

Supabase processes data in secure data centers and provides corresponding data protection guarantees. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Supabase.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your details (email address, and where applicable your name and the content of the request) are stored by us to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). We do not share this data without your consent.

7. Appointment booking (Cal.com)

For appointment booking we use the Cal.com service (Cal.com Inc., USA). When you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email, and where applicable phone number) is transmitted to Cal.com. The transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). 8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Only technically necessary cookies are used, where required.

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
